Llwynhendy Samba Band have had a very busy summer,With performances at a variety of events. Recently they played at the National Botanic Garden of Wales for "A Grand Day Out".
Come down to the Seaside Carnival on August Bank Holiday Monday to see them playing. The band has changed a lot since March this year, after or new band leader took over we have become more involved in things that are happening in the community. LLwynhendy Youth Group
The Llwynhendy Youth Group recently organised a successful "Sizzerling Summer" afternoon at Tir Einon Park for residents. Well done to them all.They have also been busy at the Llwyn Yr Ynys Complex refurbishing the garden for the residents to enjoy.
They will be packing bags on September 1st at Tesco Parc Trostre and all the money they aise will be used to provide a Christmas dinner for the residence of the Llwyn Yr Ynys Complex. Well done to Duane, Tom, Jordan, Holly and Leah.
